Bella Hadid Wore a Lung-Shaped Necklace as a Top on the Cannes Red Carpet

Everyone please stop what you're doing because I need your full attention right this second. Bella Hadid just stepped back out on the Cannes red carpet and her look will take your breath away...literally.
On Monday, the model attended the Tre Piani premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, stepping out in a simple long-sleeved black dress with a neckline that swooped down to her ribs. Bella then accessorized the look with a gilded brass necklace designed to resemble human lungs. Take a moment to appreciate this work of art in all its glory:
The necklace—described as "trompe l’oeil lungs"— was designed by Daniel Roseberry for Schiaparelli's Fall 2021 collection, which debuted earlier this month. Trompe l’oeil is an artistic illusion used to trick viewers into thinking a one-dimensional object is actually three-dimensional. In this cause, though, it seems like the necklace is, in fact, three-dimensional.
Either way, I need to see it from a few more angles.
You can really see how much faith Bella is putting into this necklace. There is nothing else covering her up accept the rhinestoned bronchioles (thank you biology). Luckily, though, she didn't have any wardrobe malfunction on the carpet and she succeeded in leaving us all breathless (sorry, I had to).
